Born February 1969

Makoto Miyauchi spent eight years managing accounts for project finance, real estate non-recourse loans, etc. at The Sanwa Bank, Limited (currently The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.). At Sanwa Securities Co., Ltd. (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd.) he was engaged in the arrangement for real estate securitization. His extensive experience in securitization arrangements includes the securitization of S-Class Tokyo office buildings, the formation of commercial building funds, and the arrangement of special-lease-format condominium funds.
In 2006, he assumed responsibility for the planning and implementation of new projects as Director and General Manager of the Investment Planning Department at a real estate company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In 2008, he established B-Lot to conduct a new real estate and financial business and assumed the role of President.


Born July 1972

After moving to Tokyo, Shinichi Hasegawa entered a venture business in 1998 and was engaged in brokerage business for business real estate. His extensive experience includes bankruptcy administration projects, projects related to The Resolution and Collection Corporation and loan servicer projects. Following this, as the person in charge of the solution business for owners of publicly listed companies and high net worth individuals, he oversaw the brokerage business, property management business and leasing business. In his position as Managing Director and General Manager of the Sales Department of that company, he contributed to that company being listed on JASDAQ in five and a half years after the foundation, and on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in a little less than eight years.
In 2008, he co-planned B-Lot’s establishment and assumed the position of Director, Deputy President.


Born October 1972

In 1999, after working for a bank-affiliated real estate consulting company, Masahiro Mochizuki joined a venture business.
At the new company, aiming to establish the infrastructural business for the real estate industry, he started up a real estate revitalization business.
As the person in charge of the second-hand building revitalization business, he handled more than 100 building projects and oversaw market research, property acquisition, value-up planning, sales management, securitization and other operations.
As Managing Director and General Manager of the Asset Division, he contributed to that company being listed on JASDAQ in five and a half years after the foundation, and on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in a little less than eight years.
In 2009, he joined B-Lot and assumed the position of Director, Deputy President.


Born January 1969

In 1993, Kentaro Ezaki joined DIX KUROKI Co., Ltd. (former name: Kuroki Building Co., Ltd.) and was engaged in the business for effective utilization of real estate. He handled a number of planning and consulting for designer condominiums.
In 1996, he assumed the position of Director at that company and made a great contribution to that company’s listing on JASDAQ four years later as a supervisor of the Sales Department. Later, he served as Director and General Manager of Tokyo Branch Office, then as Executive Director.
In March 2009, he joined Globic Co., Ltd. and assumed the position of Representative Director. There, he provided total support from market research to product planning on utilization of real estate for high net worth individuals’ inheritance strategies, etc.
In 2013, he joined B-Lot and assumed the position of Corporate Officer, General Manager, Fukuoka Branch Office.
